Prime Minister David Cameron's Declaration
British Prime Minister David Cameron will go down in history as the only known national leader to publicly acknowledge and declare his country as a christian nation. During a speech commemorating the 400th anniversary year of the King James' Bible at the Christ's Church of Christ, Oxford, he is said to have declared, "We are a Christian country". He explained that the Bible has given Britain a set of values and morals which it should actively defended!
I hope the rest of the West, and indeed, the world, can learn something from this. Here we are in America not wanting to hear anything about God or Jesus Christ, having removed prayers from public life! We have forsaken the very God who has so much blessed us as a nation,a superpower to reckon with like none other in human history! Jesus said in John 15:5..."for without me, ye can do nothing!"In Deuteronomy 32:15-22, we read of how Israel forsook God: "But Jeshurun waxed fat, and kicked: thou art waxen fat, thou art grown thick, thou art covered with fatness; then he forsook God which made him, and lightly esteemed the Rock of his salvation.And the LORD saw, and spurned, Because of the provoking of His sons and His daughters.And He said: `I will hide My face from them,I will see what their end shall be; For they are a very froward generation,Children in whom is no faithfulness.They have roused Me to jealousy with a no-god;They have provoked Me with their vanities; And I will rouse them to jealousy with a no-people;
I will provoke them with a vile nation."
In 2 Chronicles 26:16, we also read about King Uzziah who forsook God: "But after Uzziah became powerful, his pride led to his downfall. He was unfaithful to the LORD his God, and entered the temple of the LORD to burn incense on the altar of incense.
America must learn from history. Our founding fathers were devoted to God and trusted in Jesus Christ to lead them. The result of that trust is this our superpower nation! Do we now turn away from the hand that made us, claiming we can do without God? Is the moral decadence and evil in Britain that prompted David Cameron to declare Britain a christian nation a few days ago not happening in America? The homicides, the missing persons, the manipulation of others, the moral decline and fast-disappearing values that make for the wholesomeness and respect of a nation? The Scriptures declare it is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God!
I am not ashamed to declare my faith in God through Jesus Christ, by His grace. David Cameron's bold declaration of the faith should serve as a powerful encouragement to Christians all over the world, to stand up for their faith and trust in our GOD!
It must be noted that despite all our technological advances as a first world nation, we have not been able to change the foundational settings of God in Genesis 8: 22: While the earth remains, seedtime and harvest, heat and cold; winter and summer; day and night, shall not cease. We have also not been able to change the order of God in Ecclesiastes 3.. a time to be born, and a time to die! We can never be stronger than the God who made us and all these things. We must not allow strangers to dictate our stand on the solid rock-Christ Jesus!
AMERICA MUST RETURN TO HER GOD!

Emergency Preparedness Against Bioterrorism
We really need to return back to God, having faith in Him through the Lord Jesus Christ. While I am 100% pro emergency preparedness, Proverbs 21 verse 31 declares that safety is of the Lord, though the horse is prepared for battle! How prepared are we against food bioterrorism, for instance? While America has been the greatest exporter of the gospel of Jesus Christ, yet she no longer trusts in God. We still have that initial inscription-"In God We Trust", but our hearts are very very far from the ultimate source of our blessing and protection. What happened on 9/11 should forever remind us that safety is of the Lord. We trust in the superiority of our technological advances, but the word of God declares in Isaiah 31 verse 1, "Woe to them that go down to Egypt for help; and stay on horses, and trust in chariots, because they are many, and in horsemen, because they are strong: but they took not unto the Holy One of Israel, neither seek the Lord!"
We no longer pray because we can use technology to get what we want from whom we want and appear rich. Jesus spent much time alone with God in prayers in order to fulfill his mission on earth, yet many churches and pastors have no time to pray. Pastors no longer bless their congregations and have a protection prayer covering before service dismissals yet expect Psalm 91 protection! Spiritual authority has disappeared, and taking authority over the devil or terrorists and their plots sounds crazy to many church goers!
The recently ended 9 year war in Iraq(and Afganistan ) resulted directly from 9/11 terror. Our economy is down consequent to these military engagements. AMERICA MUST RETURN TO FAITH AND TRUST IN GOD for us to last and shine longer as the superpower! It is time the White House recognizes the need to operate under a strong and reliable prayer umbrella by raising up an army of Prayer Warriors functioning under its roof to watch over the land alongside emergency preparations against bioterrorism!

Assurance
"Most assuredly, I say to you, whatever you ask the Father in My Name HE WILL GIVE YOU".John 16 verse 23.
These are the words of the person who, without our asking, willingly LAID DOWN HIS LIFE for you and me. How can such a one be deceiving us with his own words! Is it possible that He who called the devil the father of all lies in John 8:44, and the deciver of the whole world in Revelation 12:9, to be lying to us? Is it possible for the one by whom all things- both visible and invisible, were created in Colossians 1: 16-20, to deceive us with empty promises? I DON'T THINK SO! I believe His words. I stand on His promises and my faith is made strong by this word until I see, hold and enjoy the answer to my prayers. Though it tarrys, I WAIT FOR IT and ask Him to give me the grace to STAND until I see the VICTORY! Amen!

Spiritual Authority
"And ye are complete in Him, who is the head of all principality and power"-(Colossians 2:10).
Brethren, we are stronger than the enemy because we are complete in the one who heads over principalities and powers of darkness! Since we are complete in the "head", we have authority in the name of Jesus over them. 1 John 4: 4 declares, "ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them, because greater is He that is in you than he that is in the world"! Walk before the Lord and be perfect, for without holiness, no man shall see Him. TAKE AUTHORITY!

Remaining Strong in FAITH.
The scriptures tell us that "the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us"(John 1:14). Jesus declared, "heaven and earth shall pass away, but not one jot of the word of GOD shall pass away"(Mathew 24:35). KEEP UP THE FAITH. THE WORD OF GOD YOU ARE BELIEVING AND STANDING ON WILL MANIFEST IN JESUS' NAME, AMEN!

A Command To Be Strong.
"Have I not commanded you? BE STRONG AND OF GOOD COURAGE; DO NOT BE AFRAID, DO NOT LOSE COURAGE; FOR I THE LORD YOUR GOD AM WITH YOU WHEREVER YOU GO!"
The devil is a bully. I woke up this morning with darts of electronic mind abuse and a sense of apprehension. As the enemy was trying to instill fear into me, the Holy Spirit helped me get into the Word of God- Joshua Chapter 1. These words stood strong and greater in me than the fear darts! I took authority over the enemy and his mind abuse tactics, returning the darts back to sender(Proverbs 22:26-"whoso rolls a stone, it shall role back upon him"). Of course the apprehension disappeared!
The Holy Scriptures tell us that for the true child of God, " greater is HE that is in him/her than the spirits of the enemy that are in the world"!-1 John 4:4. Colossians 1 verse 13 declares that God has already delivered us from the power of darkness and translated us into the kingdom of His dear Son. We are no longer under the devil's power, hence he resorts to intimidation and abusing the mind, will and emotions of the christian with the single purpose of deceiving the child of God. Remember that in Revelation 12:9 Satan or the great dragon, the devil, is referred to as he who deceives the whole world!
We are commanded to be strong! So dear true child of God, take strength in the Lord using the scriptures. Take authority over the devil- he is a liar and sends his abuse of the christian mind against the soul aiming to cause you believe what's he's telling you is true: a that's- who- or- how- you- are- mentality. HE IS A LIAR, THERE IS NO TRUTH IN HIM, HE CAN NOT TELL ANY TRUTH BECAUSE TELLING LIES IS CONSISTENT WITH HIS CHARACTER(John 8:44). Pastor David Wilkerson(now in glory) once taught us at Times Square Church(Manhattan, New York) about this strategy of Satan.
BE STRONG IN THE LORD AND IN THE POWER OF HIS MIGHT! Put on the whole armor of God as commanded in Ephesians 6:12-18. MAINTAIN YOUR RIGHTEOUSNESS. RESIST THE DEVIL AT ALL TIMES UNTIL AND AFTER HE FLEES. Pastor Wilkerson added,"the devil is afraid of you!" He is afraid of the praying christian".

Resist The Devil! -Part I
James 1:7 and 1 Peter 5:9 both instruct us to resist the devil whose only purpose is to steal, kill and destroy(John 10:10)! We must not forget to use our spiritual weapons and authority against the enemy and his works(Luke 10:17-19; 2nd Corinthians 10:3). It is only through constantly taking authority, and resisting him that he will finally flee! Then you would have learned how to work in dominion over him.
We resist him with the word of God,our own words, the blood of Jesus, the name of Jesus, prayers, and living in righteousness and holines.

- Jesus used the word of God to resist the devil in Mathew 4:1-11.Remember the popular "it is written"!
- The Bible says that life and death are in the power of the tongue (Proverbs 18:21).In Mark 11: 12 -14,19-23; Jesus spoke to the fig tree and it died! This is the same authority we have, and must use against the enemy, his cohorts or agents, and their works in the name of Jesus. In Mathew 8:23-27, Jesus rebuked the winds and the storms, and there was a great calm! In 1 Samuel 17:43-47, David spoke back to Goliath! He did not keep queit! Wrestlers in WWF for instance, boast of how they'll destroy their opponents. Child of God, DON'T KEEP QUEIT! Speak the word of God to the devil, to situations, needs, even in family situations like strife, contention or disharmony between you and your spouse or children, etc. Take authority!You cannot afford to keep mute when the enemy is assailing your mind(or even in the physical) with words and images of failure and defeat, otherwise he will cause you to faint and be defeated already in your mind! YOU MUST SPEAK WHAT YOU WANT IN A GIVEN SITUATION, NOT WHAT "THEY", YOUR ENEMIES, WANT! AND GOD WILL BACK UP YOUR OWN WORDS OF FAITH AND CONFIDENT TRUST IN HIM AND HIS WORD OF PROMISE. This you must do until victory is won! Until you have the victory, not the devil and his agents. And maintain your "NO" to the devilat all time! Brother Norvel Hayes said, "the greatest word you can say to the devil is NO!" Jesus Christ, the one with all power in hevan and earth, is LORD!

Break My Heart For What Breaks Yours Lord!
"Thou therefore, my son, be strong in the grace that is in Christ Jesus", Paul wrote to Timothy."This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come. For men shall be lovers of themselves... without natural affection...But evil men and seduction shall wax worse and worse, deceiving and being deceived".II Timothy Chapters 2 and 3. Beloved of God, let's keep to righteousness by His grace. The Lord will surely come back and we must be ready! What with same sex marriages, gay partnerships, and gay adoption of naturally born children! Every time I see this in our society, I "slap" my head in anguish! This is our freedom! But is the sign of the end! HOLD FAST YOUR RIGHTEOUSNESS!
